Human Resources Administrator

**WHAT WE NEED**
We are looking for an HR administrator with superb communication and administration skills. The HR administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labour laws. To be a successful HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labour laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must have a basic experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR. You will be working with a team that is changing the face of the healthcare industry in South Africa, for the better.
The post is based in Alberton, Johannesburg (Hybrid - 3 Days in office).
**WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO**:
**1. HR Administrator: -**
- The basic function of the HR Administrator is to assist in planning, controlling, and executing all matters relating to the team.
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Organising events - sending out of Teams or Zoom meeting invitations and or breakfast meeting invitations & Managing RSVP’s
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Filing of confidential employee documents
- General administrative duties
- Attending HR and staff meetings
- All aspects of new staff onboarding, liaising between, Operations, IT, Office, Finance and Payroll
- Feedback and working towards a common goal together
- Miscellaneous HR related errands, such as assisting HR staff, booking parking,
**2. Recruitment: -**
- Responsible for all end-to-end recruitment
- Ensure recruitment needs are being met and are aligned with company requirements, policies, and procedures. - Company’s recruitment and selection policy and procedure adhered to / full compliance
- Assist in filling higher-level positions as per company’s needs.
- Manage, update, and submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports (no. of interviews, orders filled etc.)
**3. Training & Development: -**
- Assist with the preparation, logistics for training and other related activities. For example: venue bookings, set up, course registration, scheduling of training, roll call, occasional facilitation, induction / catering/ training materials / manuals, assessment admin, capturing, invoice processing, course evaluation and record keeping.
- Understand and ensure Occupational Health & Safety measures and all other related policies are adhered to.
- Assist with training related queries, certificate printing, distribution, capturing and filing.
- Assist the Training team in the preparation of yearly training plan.
- Maintain filing systems, stock, and stationery.
**QUALIFICTION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Work experience as an HR administrator or similar role,
- HR / Admin related or diploma (advantageous),
- Previous recruitment and administration experience and exposure,
- Excellent Organizational skills,
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR experience,
- Passionate about people and efficient service delivery,
- Ability to multitask,
- Accepts responsibility
