Opportunity for an Office Assistant to join an innovative brand solutions Company who works with some of the biggest brands in both local and global markets, bringing them to life through innovative brand strategies and exceptional designs, implemented across a range of channels.
**Job description**:
- Manage and co-ordinate courier services
- Manage and co-ordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers/clients
- Assistance with packing of client prizes, gifts, samples, stock etc.
- Co-ordinating client meetings/functions including managing catering, the orders for water, juices etc. and the office fridges being stocked.
- Coffee ordering and collecting etc.
- Licence and own Car essential - collecting samples/gifts/office requirements
- Typing letters/quotes etc.
- Managing ordering and stock of stationary/paper etc.
