Senior Officer: Learning Programme Implementation

Implement processes to track the implementation of training by entities
Implement a monitoring and evaluation strategy, and recommend any possible changes based on the lessons learnt at regional/ local level
Implement guidelines on workplace readiness evaluation, and project monitoring and evaluation for different project components
Provide information for periodic reports on the activities, schedule, and implementation status of all project components in a standard reporting format as required by the executive management
Receive, and assign files/documentation from entities to respective processing teams in the unit
Review and identify gaps in implementation by the SDPs and process for resolution
Keep track and report on inflows into the unit (processing turnaround time etc)
Coordination of training implementation projects
Receive and record pre-contracted discretionary grant learner information
Coordinate the induction of SDP and entities
Identify employers and training providers whoresponded to the DG call but did not submitany related documentation
Conduct quality assurance of learnerdocumentation
Sort and categorise the learner documentation
Contact entity and request outstandinginformation
Verify the PIPs and budgets against the duediligence outcomes letter
Check documentation and verify for accuracy
Supervise the capturing of learner informationonto Learner Management System
Check compliance and completeness of the PIPs and budgets
Remediate where required
Process and verify invoices and submit to theManager
Verify reconciliation and for approval forpayment as per checklist
Verify that the budget and PIP (Projectimplementation plan) is completed by the
Entity process for approval by Organisation
Obtain approval from LIF of the PIPs andbudgets
Receive and record contracts from Legal
Coordinate the signing of the contracts withentities
Coordinate remediation, where required
Coordinate the signing of the contract
Submit the contracts to the entity and file the acopy for own reference
Liaise with Monitoring and Evaluation Unit forinduction
Receive and resolve queries
Achievement of work plans
Execute work plans and drive the evidencecollection in real time
Produce reports against the implementation ofwork plans
Respond to audit findings with completeevidence, on time
Implement documented data managementpractices
Comply to policies and procedures in the unit
Record, file and ensure the availability POPinformation
**Qualifications**:
Matric + 2 Year Diploma or Equivalent in business administration
Experience
At least 3 years’ experiencein coordination/liaison position, of which 1 must havebeen in a supervisory role
