Are you someone who can:

- Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
- Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service
- Manage internal clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads
- Signing up new schemes
- Driving Growth Manager Sales
- Maximize cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Accounts growth: Gold, Savings, Investments, Bank wise, Overdrafts, Credit Cards, Personal loans including schemes
- Drive products and presentation for worksites
- Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined Regional sales targets
- Identify worksites and drive sales
- Assist with achieving of Consumer Sales targets
- Maximize sales from the Orphan Base
- Management of existing schemes and Sales Agents: CEB and North-West University
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies of the team
- Plan and execute Regional campaigns successfully and on schedule. Set standards and benchmarks for measuring successful campaign execution.
- Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel.
- Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution
- Must have Analytical background.
- Sales experience is key.
- Must be good at problem solving.
- Must be able to handle stakeholder.
