Recruiting Coordinator

JOBJACK is looking for a self-starter to join our Operations Team as the Recruiting Coordinator for our semi-skilled job postings. You will work closely with our valued clients and team members to reach our company’s vision to Employ the World. While working on the JOBJACK platform, you will be undertaking all recruitment activities for semi-skilled workers.
What is a semi-skilled worker?
At JOBJACK, semi-skilled positions are defined as jobs that require a minimum of a matric qualification, and in some cases an extra qualification in the form of a Higher Certificate, Diploma, Apprenticeship, Learnership, Technical qualification or a specific Driver's license. Semi-skilled positions require a degree of initiative, problem solving and adaptability. This definition refers to jobs such as truck drivers, retail salespersons, butchers, bakers, blockmen, and security guards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and facilitate all tasks regarding the hiring process for semi-skilled positions
- Develop and post job advertisements to attract relevant applicants
- Administer the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
- Make sure that all job seekers arrive at their interviews on time by following up the day before, the morning of and an hour before a job is to be completed
- Facilitate salary negotiations by leading expectation communication through various stages of the hiring process
- From a client’s perspective - ensure that all job postings on the platform are filled with quality applicants who meet the requirements
- Keep up with the latest labour laws, share market and industry knowledge
- Regularly communicate and provide in-depth information to potential clients and/or job seekers
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and/or job seekers as well as any other parties involved
- Take charge of and finish any assigned tasks
