**Buying and Finance Administrator Bellville Cape Town**

Our client is looking for a Buying and Financial Administrator with 3-5 years’ experience coming from a retail/fmcg environment. Retail experience is a must. A finance administrator, controller to take on various administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills, and delivering high-quality customer service.

**Salary Negotiable**

**Min requirements**

Grade 12 qualification

Tertiary Qualification (Preferably in Finance and Commerce)

3 - 5 years commercial and/or retail experience

Experience in financial and management accounting will be advantageous.

Experience in Sage 300 will be advantageous

Good knowledge of Accounts Receivables and Payables

**Job Requirements**

Analysis and review of supplier data, rebate schedules, debtor & supplier transactions.

Calculating and from external information.

Invoicing of rebates and promotional activities.

Maintain and update of supplier trade agreements.

Reconciliation of income schedules to financial systems.

Month-end reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting.
