Sponsorships Contracts Administrator required in Randburg. In this role you will be responsible for Contract Administration across South Africa platforms.
**Duties**:
- Contract Administration
- Build good relationships with advertising agencies
- Contracting of commercials
- Create and refine sales order according to Implementation brief from GE Sales
- Check inventory and ensure prescribed breaks are available for commercial bookings
- Book according to correct Business type within Landmark system
- Completion of accurate contracts by following correct booking instructions and procedures
- Communicate program and break changes
- Supply contracts to clients timeously
- Ensure clients queries and correspondence are acknowledged upon receipt, latest 24hrs
- Correctly resolve queries within 1 week of receipt
- Ensure correspondence is communicated in a professional manner in line with business standards
- Retrieve UID from external VIZ system
- Management and collection of Data
- Monitoring and ensuring accurate and optimal use of Landmark
- Drive System Efficiencies in close collaboration with Continuous Improvement
- Policy and procedure implementation
- Manage adherence to policy according to territories
**Qualifications**
- Gr.12
- Relevant Diploma
**Experience**
- 2-3 years advertising industry experience
