Duties:

- Liaise and follow up with customers and suppliers
- Process and administer orders
- Create invoices on pastel (knowledge of pastel) updating BOM (Bill Of Material) on pastel and build schedules according to projects/customer requirements
- Handle quotations and orders
- Knowledge of quality control systems
- Managing and compiling of production order sheets
- Administer back orders and order schedules
- Organize freight forwarding documents / shipping procedure on export and import
- Assist with stock control and stock value administration
- Petty cash control
- Assist with business travel / shows
- Take and report minutes at meetings
- Strong administrative, organize and running of office (filing / organizing/ stationary / consumables)
- Answer the phone and handle queries
- Assist with receiving of deliveries or collections of orders
- Must be fully computer literate, efficient, grasp concepts quickly and able to multitask
- Own vehicle and drivers license
- This position requires an individual that has experience working in a small to medium type enterprise preferably in the automotive/industrial sector. Some technical knowledge would be an advantage with strong Administrative skills being the key.
- It will be proffered if the individual resides within 20 Km Radius of the Honeydew/Roodepoort/Randburg Region of Gauteng.
