Autism Parenting Magazine improves the quality of life for families affected by autism all around the world. We release a monthly magazine, run virtual summits, and offer courses to help parents navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes of raising children on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to empower families with practical advice, expert insights, and community support.

The company consists of a diverse team spread across the UK, USA, Philippines, South Africa and Eastern Europe. There are 12 full-time staff members and multiple freelancers, with everyone working completely remotely.

Autism Parenting Magazine operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), where the team remains focused, disciplined, and accountable for their work.

As a global remote-first company, we meet virtually each week, fostering an open, supportive culture that helps everyone achieve their goals.

As our B2B products have expanded from traditional magazine advertising to newsletter placements and corporate summit sponsorships we are now recruiting for an experienced business development executive that shares our passion for making a positive impact in the world.

**Role Overview and Shift Expectations**:
The **Business Development Executive **will manage a mix of inbound leads and outbound sales activities to drive revenue as well as practicing effective account management to foster repeat business and maintain good relations with our customers. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and provide timely, high-quality service.

We’re looking for someone available for a semi-U.S. shift, covering core hours 9am-3pm Eastern, with overlap for client calls and coordination across U.S., Eastern Europe, and Philippines time zones. Shifts may range from 6am-3pm Eastern or 12pm-9pm SAST

**Home Office Setup and Working Conditions**

We’re looking for someone who has a dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and power backup (e.g., inverter) to support uninterrupted remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Sales Management**:

- Qualify and convert inbound inquiries into potential sales opportunities.
- Promptly maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with inbound strategies and campaigns, maximizing conversion opportunities.

**Outbound Sales Development**:

- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and close high-value deals.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects, nurturing them through the sales cycle.
- Customize outreach messages based on industry-specific challenges and opportunities, especially when engaging with more traditional C-level executives.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Follow up consistently with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues in a timely manner.

**Fulfillment & Collaboration on Designs**:

- Ensure the complete fulfillment of advertising agreements, including gathering necessary artwork and collaborating with internal design teams to meet client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the fulfillment process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

**Pipeline & CRM Management**:

- Proactively manage sales pipelines, ensuring that all interactions are accurately logged in the CRM and followed up on.
- Be accountable for maintaining up-to-date CRM records, ensuring transparency across the team.
- Track time effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed within designated timeframes and shift patterns.

**Sales Performance Tracking**:

- Track and report key sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously optimize both inbound and outbound sales strategies based on feedback and market trends.
- **Empathetic & Relationship-Oriented**: You excel at nurturing relationships, are empathetic to the autism and neurodiverse community, and can confidently liaise with C-level executives and decision-makers.
