As a key player, you'll work closely with the Regional Director to contribute to the economic advancement and growth of countries such as South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and more. **Minimum Requirements**:
Strong values, including commitment, a penchant for learning and adaptation, integrity, professionalism, and respect for others
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in; International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in international trade and investment, business development, market analysis, marketing, or related fields
Adaptability to a work culture that emphasizes compliance with established processes, structures, and systems within a large organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in compelling presentations and produce clear and concise written content
Proficiency in conducting market-driven research to support company outcomes within strict timelines
Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Portuguese is a desirable asset
Willingness and ability to travel for work
Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a diverse, multi-site team from various countries and cultures

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Cultivating partnerships with government, private, and civil society entities to expand networks and facilitate market entry for Singaporean businesses
Strategizing and coordinating marketing trips, business missions, and diverse events to enhance visibility and engagement
Conducting thorough market research to generate business leads, gather market intelligence, and develop sector strategies, identifying promising opportunities for Singaporean enterprises
Nurturing and reinforcing bilateral trade relationships between Singapore and various markets, fostering cross-cultural connections
Embracing additional responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Director and our Singapore-based Headquarters
Demonstrating a continuous willingness and capability to contribute to the organization's mission of building strong relationships across diverse cultures
