To perform administration functions assigned efficiently, timeously and safely to ensure effective business operations

**What you will be doing**:

- Document Management- Ensure document management system is up to date and perform filing duties is attended to
- Ensure stationery requirements are attended to and costs are reasonable managed
- Invoicing as part of Engen Business Transactions
- Processing POD’s
- Managing consumable / procurement
- Generating SAP Requisitions
- Processing credits
- Generating reports
- Collating manhour reports
- Meeting minutes

CPC Card Management- Ensure usage of the credit card as per approved limit, policy and procedures

Petty Cash Management- Ensure timeous petty cash re-imbursements and forwarding of documentation as per required and in line with

Customer support- Provide efficient customer support and effective communication with customer and stakeholders

**What you'll have done before**:

- Grade 12/ Matric- 2 years’ experience in Administration functions
- Understand Engen's standing operating standards
- Working knowledge of SAP
