**Job Summary**
The Administration and Costing Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and assisting with cost management activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and the accurate tracking and reporting of costs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analize & prepare a Post Costing Report for every Production Job Card, comment on the variances of the Estimated vs Actual Costs.
- Receipting of Finished and Semi Finished Productions from the production line.
- Stock controlling Inventory Management
- Ensuring sufficient stock of raw material on hand against customer forecasted sales
- Assisting data scanners and store personnel with movement of Inventory between warehouses.
- Issuing of Raw Materials on the system to a Job Card.
- Assisting with Invoicing, Sales Orders & Credit Note processing.
- Creation of the Bill of Material and understanding of Cost Drivers.
- Creating Job Cards for the Production Floor.
- Preparing WIP Status Reports.
- Ensuring that the correct Inventory is issued to the Job Card.
- Maintaining & updating the Cost Prices and Selling Prices on the System.
- Assisting with Call-offs to be scheduled for delivery by notifying the branch, the delivery date.
- Interpreting Cost Summaries from Quick Easy.
- Stock Control Capture
- Occasionally assisting with physical Stock-Take & Capturing.
- Recording & Maintaining Waste schedules.
- To carry out any lawful and reasonable task as instructed by Management.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or financial role required.
- Experience with cost accounting or financial analysis is advantageous.
**Requirements**:
- National Diploma in Financial accounting management / Diploma in Business Administration will be an advantage or Studying towards a degree.
- Must have Excel intermediate experience, with knowledge of formulas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willing to learn & gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Syspro is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills and adaptability
