- Governments in 12 countries across Africa, Asia, and South America currently use our software to deliver lifesaving healthcare to millions of people in need, track pandemic threats, and coordinate responses to large-scale emergencies.
- We are currently funded by USAID, the Global Fund, Gavi, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and PAHO among others. We also have access to venture capital funding and recently landed a $13.3M investment that we are using to build our team and accelerate our growth.
- We are looking for an experienced professional that can help the company build a first-class Contracts and Grants Management function that meets the needs of our growing business and helps the company grow its global footprint.
- At Zenysis, we are proactive about ensuring a healthy work/life balance and invest heavily in learning and personal development. As a global company, diversity, equity, and inclusion are core parts of our values and how we conduct ourselves as a team.

You will provide technical assistance and training on contract and grant management to teams across the company. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve the way we track project activities and program performance and report progress to our donors.
- You will be able to rigorously review and advise the company on the terms of grants and contracts, as well as compliance-related documentation mandated by funders like USAID, CDC, DOD. In addition, you will provide compliance reviews, mentoring, and support to Zenysis teams on prime and subcontract matters during program implementation.
