**Key deliverables and outputs**
**Finance**
- Monitor and manage internal control measures to prevent extra cost on tows or storage
- Ensure that all required information completed on SMD Operating System for invoicing and payment
**Resource Management**
- Ensure proper distribution of work amongst staff
- Motivate, mentor, train and discipline staff
- Assist with prescribed Performance Discussion (PD) process
**Process**
- Monitor upliftment instructions recorded by Administrators (outlook and appointment control sheet)
- Monitor and ensure that the admin process is adhered to by the Administrators as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Authorize release fees payable to relevant Clients/Suppliers
- Verify details of cost responsibilities of NOR
- Maintain the data for the panel beaters
- Monitor "on holds" on a daily basis
- Monitor vehicles not stocked in on a daily basis
- Verify all processes are followed before cancelling an appointment as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify banking details before authorizing EFT payments
**Customer**
- Establish and maintain healthy customer relations with internal and external customers
- Assist suppliers, branches, clients and other departments within the Company with regards to specified supplier account queries on a daily basis
**Reporting**
- Compile and report on staff productivity monthly
- Compile and report on cost to company monthly
**Internal customers**
- Branch employees, inter-departments
**External stakeholders**
- Suppliers, Clients/Customers
**Academic Qualifications**
**Essential**:
- Matric Certificate
- Business Administration/Management / related tertiary qualification
- Computer Certificate
**Advantageous**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management
**Work Experience**
**Essential**:
- 2-4 years previous experience within a claims administration position
- Proven minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience in the Insurance or Automotive industry
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: From R27 000,00 per month
