Claims Department Manager

Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is an authorised financial services and credit provider with a specialist property finance focus.
**Claims Manager Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the claims department
- Ensure all claims are reviewed, processed, and settled in a timely manner
- Develop, implement, and enforce claim policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate claims activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
- Resolve complex claims issues and disputes
- Train and mentor claim staff as needed
- Provide periodic reports to senior management
**Claims Manager Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in claims management preferred
- Must have experience working on the Grail Software system
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
