If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in IT products and technology, we want to hear from you **Type: Permanent Salary: R15 000 - R26 000 pm Depending on experienceArea: Onsite in Durban** **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Sales Achievement**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within your assigned region.
- **Quote Management**: Proactively follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive sales.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the External Sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Operations Coordination**: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports to management.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company's products and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Matric with Mathematics is essential
- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management or IT will be an advantage
- 2+ Years of experience in account management and sales.
- Experience in the IT Distribution or Commercial sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Proficiency in English.
