**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Your role as a CRM Coordinator will be to support our Client Relationship Management team. You should ideally have experience in communicating and interacting with senior staff externally and internally, managing events, and have good MS Office skills. This position is suitable for someone who is able to work independently, and who is willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks as the need arises, with good time management and prioritisation skills.

You will have a wide and varied role, but your main responsibilities will include;
- Manage multiple diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and confirmation of meetings
- Anticipate and coordinate travel for the CRM team (flights, accommodation and meeting arrangements)
- Avoid overlaps in client visits by staff (CRM team and other staff within other departments)
- Extracting data from various systems and compiling it into useable information
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems for account management functions performed
- Compile electronic and physical information for distribution to clients
- Event planning and management
- Communicating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Receive and redirect queries from clients and staff as required
- Assist with other general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**
- Good telephone manner along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- spoken and written
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- primarily Outlook and Excel with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good problem-solving skills - able to think of logical solutions to blockers quickly.
- A desire to learn new skills and develop
