Our client, specialists in Service Logistics is looking for a Sales & CRM Administrator to join their team.

**Vacancy: Sales & CRM Administrator**
- Our client is looking to employ a Sales & CRM Administrator in the pivotal role of:

- Supporting the professional team to ensure that all sales and client related activities are recorded and that all client related communication and activities are up to date.

**Working environment**:

- As Sales & CRM Administrator you will report directly to the International Business Development Manager.
- You will also work from our offices in South Africa as well as from home.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in communications and sales.
- Experience in a marketing, and communications capacity with a track record of increased responsibilities.
- Demonstrable marketing/brand management experience.
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in an admin-based role.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-intensity environment with multiple competing priority and drive complex projects to completion under tight deadlines.
- Flexible & adaptive to varying needs, with the ability to prioritize tasks & workload.
- Previous CRM experience is a must with basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and to deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- CRM - Responsibilities:

- Act as the system administration lead and internal champion for the CRM system and maintain a library of up-to-date information.
- Manage and coordinate the accurate upload of each lead and account on the CRM.
- Utilise data to improve communication, reporting, customer journeys, business insights and business administration processes.
- Maintain CRM contact data records, overseeing data cleansing and initiatives.
- Maintain and improve accuracy of data, working closely with the sales and consulting team to optimise processes and data handling.
- Provide support and CRM training to consultants and support staff on an ongoing basis.
- Implement processes, ‘how to’ guides, resolve issues and interface with external support as required.
- Sales Support Responsibilities:

- Provide sales support to you support the sales function - i.e., everyone in the company involved in Sales.
- Internal communication of technical queries.
- Documentation and Research Responsibilities:

- Process and manage sales and marketing documents and content.
- Help with research and development and update of products and services.
- Marketing Responsibilities:

- Provide 1st point of contact for replies to social media and online campaigns.
- Support and manage the coordination of client events.
- Collaborate with the executive team on admin process and event planning.
- Support wider marketing team such as social media, Communications, Sales & Product Marketing.
- Support with update the website with content, copyright, and projects.
