Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong elationships with our retail customers, understanding how to add value to their business, and recommending tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Plan and execute on a call cycle ensuring regular store visits to all customers allocated to you.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technology products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Responsible for the management and growth of the Retail Accounts allocated to you.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Preparation of budgets and individual account sales target plans, quantified with appropriateproducts and brands
- Identify new opportunities and prepare solutions to realise potential
- Develop and deploy deals to maximize value and volume
- Manage and expand the product portfolio in key accounts
- Investigate and report on lost sales and customer accounts
- Maintain inventory control
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
- Develop promotional ideas and material with the marketing team

Qualifications, Experience and Qualities:

- Proven track record of successful field sales experience, preferably in technology product distribution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of technology products and industry trends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional, well presented and driven
