Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue from current accounts.

Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential new clients within the current market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Sales Support:

- Provide support to the external sales team by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Quota Achievement:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
