NQF6 in Human Resources Management (with 240 credits)

Min 5 years’ experience across the Talent Management value chain, which includes Talent Acquisition, learning & Development and Employee experience / engagement

Min 5 years’ experience as an HR Business partner

Experience in drafting policies (advantageous)

Experience in organizational development and / or change management project roles (advantageous)

Experience in the Automotive component Manufacturing advantages

Experience with Recruitment and selection, Training and Development and Performance management

**Relevant job Knowledge**

Good knowledge of Talent Management, Organizational Design and Reengineering and Performance Management

Proven history in Diversity and Relationship Management

Understanding financial principles to interpret key finance information and trends

Computer literacy in MS Office suite

Demonstrate experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Talent

Management, Organizational Design and Reengineering and Performance Management

Knowledge of Business Practices will be an added advantage

Knowledge of HR and Remuneration systems

Knowledge of HR Related legislations

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
