- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Converting RFPs (Leads) to achieve Credit Life sales targets.
- Converting RFPs (Leads) to achieve Funeral Plan sales targets.
- Converting RFPs (Leads) to achieve Pioneer Rewards sales targets.
- Fulfil all company-established policy obligations.
- Keeping up with all FSCA requirements to remain fit and proper as a FAIS Representative.
- Providing financial services while guided by the FSCA requirements, and all other related legislation.
- Deliver client-focused solutions, to create customer loyalty to derive good company reputation.
- **Requirements**:_
- Matric.
- FAIS Qualification (120 credits) (Advantageous).
- DOFA.
- Long-Term Class of Business (COB).
- RE5 (if DOFA exceeds 24 months).
- Minimum of 6 months Long-Term product experience.
- Experience in servicing insurance products.
- Sales or Customer Service Call Centre experience.
- Insurance background.
- Must be well spoken.
- Must be Computer Literate (MS Office, Sales Platform etc)
- Target driven
- Fluent in IsiZulu language, post requires someone to sell insurance products in IsiZulu, person must be able to read, write and speak the language. Be able to speak English language.
- Sotho language advantageous.
