Overview of the Role: As an East African Travel Specialist, the focus will be on crafting unforgettable travel experiences for clients within a business to business context. The role encompasses creating seamless bookings and reservations, ensuring that clients experience the very best of East African destinations. From arranging stays in luxurious Serengeti lodges to organizing tranquil getaways in Zanzibar, the East African Travel Specialist will be the driving force behind crafting remarkable travel itineraries that go above and beyond client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with esteemed travel partners and stakeholders to facilitate B2B bookings and reservations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, lodges, and other travel service providers.
- Tailor travel packages and itineraries to suit client preferences, interests, and budgets.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on East African attractions, destinations, and activities.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and partners regarding bookings, changes, and updates.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay well-informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and developments in East African destinations.
- Contribute to company growth by meeting sales targets and fostering repeat business opportunities.
