THE OPPORTUNITY: *
- We are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Agilest with Scrum Master experience to join our team of Agile Delivery Managers.
- The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for using the appropriate methodologies to enable Product Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Automation and other Technology teams.
- This role reports to the Agile Delivery Team Lead.
**WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO**:

- Enable teams to deliver projects and enhancements via Agile methodologies, including facilitating daily stand-ups, analysis of burndown charts, holding retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions, and associated reporting
- Train and guide teams on Agile processes and embody its principles
- Work with teams to ensure they have valuable user stories and a groomed backlog;
- Ensure teams can effectively document, organize, schedule, and deliver on their work, including dependency management and a clear definition of done
**SKILLS**:

- Understanding of technical issues as related to Project deliverables, including general SDLC experience and identification/management of cross-team dependencies
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools with the ability to create and manage project settings, analyse sprint data and create meaningful reports on velocity, capacity, burn-down and other appropriate metrics

- Ability to work in a dynamic, distributed, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Drive for self-development and a desire to be an active participant in the growth of Kurtosys
**THE NON NEGOTIABLES**:

- Minimum 2 years of scrum master experience, ideally in a full time scrum master role and supporting multiple teams
- Experience supporting remote / hybrid teams
- Exposure to other methodologies apart from scrum, e.g. Kanban is desirable
- Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner), SAFE Agilest is desirable
- Experience in the financial services industry or the FinTech space is a plus, ideally within Asset Management
