**The Opportunity**:
In this role, you'll leverage your product management expertise and data fluency to lead the development of innovative solutions that keep Kurtosys at the forefront of the FinTech industry. You'll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, designers, and data analysts to transform data insights into best-in-class features that deliver exceptional value to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data-Driven Product Strategy:

- Partner with the product, sales, and marketing teams to identify client needs and translate them into a data-driven product roadmap.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to pinpoint data-driven opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with data engineers to define data requirements and build data pipelines to fuel product insights.
- Product Design & Development:

- Work with UI/UX designers to translate data insights into user-centric product features.
- Champion data-driven design decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Partner with engineers to develop and implement data-driven product solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on features based on data and user feedback.
- Product Delivery & Management:

- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data insights, business goals, and user needs.
- Document clear functional specifications for product solutions.
- Lead backlog refinement and user story creation to ensure team alignment.
- Facilitate agile software development ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders.
- Data Advocacy & Collaboration:

- Champion data literacy within the organization and foster a data-driven culture.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate complex data analysis into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field (e.g., data science, analytics).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data-driven products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- A passion for data and its potential to drive business value in the FinTech industry.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with in the asset/wealth management space.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts.
