THE OPPORTUNITY: *

We are looking for a well rounded Head of Website Delivery who is comfortable driving multiple web projects, managing and mentoring resources who build these out and have a really good understanding of design and web technology. The Head of Website Delivery is involved in the day-to-day delivery management across large programmes and has proven experience working closely with internal teams and enterprise clients to deliver large-scale website projects.

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO: *
- Establish and develop a healthy, constructive working relationship with our clients in order to deliver the Productized solution we offer
- Develop relationships with existing and new clients to build service revenues via maintenance contracts or ad hoc service calls
- Collaborate with design department on new site designs to ensure the web Delivery would be successful for our end client users and their strategic goals
- Ensure our clients and internal project managers understand the process the web implementation will follow and how to escalate any concerns
- Ensure communication and transparency of your teams activity within other areas of the organization
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new and existing web implementation projects
- Ensure web projects follow best practices in terms of Implementation process, SEO, Analytics and Content Planning
- Manage and grow the team of digital specialists to ensure the effective delivery of web projects
- Passionate about developing and nurturing talent; responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports
- Drive efficiencies within the department and making process improvements by ensuring the balance between delivery projects and resources are maintained, striving for effective use of everyone’s time
**WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE**:

- Strong experience working in a client-facing environment
- Proven track record of overseeing the delivery of multiple technology projects for complex website design and builds
- Keen knowledge of Wordpress/Elementor
- Extensive experience managing teams and leading large-scale website delivery products and/or services
- Broad digital and technical knowledge with an appreciation of all the skills required to develop high-quality websites (UX, SEO, Analytics etc.)
- Strong operational and administration skills and/or experience
- Previous experience working in the Asset Management/Finance sector is beneficial but not essential
