**Reporting to: Spare Parts Coordinator Customer Service**
**Purpose**:
- Supervising team of pickers and packers in order to ensure to the efficient implementation of all necessary operations and documents flow. warehouse space management, compliance with safety procedures and rules.
- Ensure smooth running of warehouse operations (storage & distribution).
- Initiate and conclude stocks counts
**KPI - Performance Measures**:
- Results of stocktaking & analysis of stock counts
- Productivity of loading & unloading of trucks
- Capacity of warehouse
- Correct documents flow should eliminate variances and supplier complaints (blocked accounts due documentation not processed)
- Following process will eliminate goods stored, transferred incorrectly and variances in multiple warehouses and suppliers paid on time.
- Staff performance-output, accuracy, attendance, and morale
- Injuries, Health Protocols, Waste Disposal and Customer complaints e.g. damaged, incorrect goods and customer satisfaction
- Assigns job to pickers and packers.
- Loading/unloading trucks.
- Equipment storage
- Create and input stock counts.
- Collaborate with other departments (i.e. technical dept.) for optimization of overall efficiency.
- abides by the rules and procedures.
- Confirm delivery is correct vs P/O; Identification and pre-receipt goods; co-ordinate, identification labelling and bin location allocation.
- Manage Staff (attendance register).
