Peach Payments is a fast growing Pan-African PSP that makes online commerce and digital payment acceptance easier and more accessible across all Africa. We work with small and large sellers to provide a complete toolkit to accept, manage and disburse payments through web and mobile.

Our merchant partners include your favourite food delivery services, whether you’re ordering in or using a meal kit, travel services that can help you book your next getaway adventure and even your neighbour’s side-hustle e-commerce store.

For these partners and their customers, **we aim to provide delightful experiences** that make it as easy as possible to facilitate online payments.

**Why we're hiring for this role**

**Your mission if you choose to accept it**
- Support the SME team in their sales activities including lead qualification, quoting, lead development and closing
- Manage team KPI reporting and business analyst activities to optimise sales efficiency
- Own a book of business and meet sales targets
- Define and execute new sales strategies to effectively showcase Peach Payments
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
- Support sales team members with training and skill development
- Engage with Product, Marketing and Operations teams to support customer research and support

**What we'd like you to have**
- 1-2 years experience in customer/client-facing role, with a track record of top performance
- Ability to understand the Peach Payments API and build great relationships with customers with various levels of technical experience.
- Ability to understand the various offerings and requirements of Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento and other e-commerce platforms and cart integrations.
- Familiarity using Sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot). Direct experience with HubSpot a bonus
- Comfort working with data in Excel to track KPIs and ROI.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with aggressive sales targets.
- Demonstrated passion for new technology businesses.
- Experience and comfort working with highly technical online products or services
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
