To assist with ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures within our dispensaries and Frontshop and with any administrative tasks within the business process department.
**Job description**:
- To support & assist with store compliance related queries
- To assist where needed with compliance on virtual queues
- To compile and consolidate reports
- To follow up with stores where SOP has not been followed
- To assist with and report on queries generating from Pharmacy Operations
- To assist stores with general pharmacy and or Front shop training & support where required
**Minimum requirements**:
- Qualification
- Matric (Essential)
- Diploma in office administration or equivalent (Desirable)
- Job Knowledge
- Computer Literacy: Office suite of programmes (Essential)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Operational POS system (Desirable)
- Operations knowledge (Desirable)
- Job Skills
- Time management (Essential)

- Flexibility (Desirable)
- Stress Management (Desirable)
