National Account Manager: Activations

The role has 2 admin assistants as direct reports. We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to shine in this role. Is it you?
**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning
- Compile and submit accurate proposals to prospective and existing clients
- Ensure that new clients sign off on all costs ahead of the project
- Ensure that project/service rendered to the client is in accordance with clients’ objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Work in partnership with the executional team to deliver on the project plans
- Monitor the campaign against agreed KPI measures
- Ensure quality of service and standards of excellence
- Accurate and ongoing reporting back to client on campaign progress.
Administration
- Develop effective and efficient administration systems
- Submit reports to clients and management
- Document and manage income and expenditures
- Monitor debtors
- Ensure necessary salary information is submitted timeously to the office administrator
- Liaise with salaries department regarding all problems and enquiries relating to the payment of field staff.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide regular feedback to clients
- Establish and maintain sound working relationships with clients
- Solve client/customer queries and problems.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree/NQF level 7 in Marketing Management or Communications
- 4-6 years’ experience in a Marketing or Agency environment
- 4-6 years’ experience in Project Management
- Excel and PowerPoint experience - essential
- Ability to develop a communication plan
- Good understanding of budgets
- Innovative
- Experience working Through-the-Line
- Knowledge of activation & experiential marketing
- Shopper marketing activations experience - essential
