What you will do |
- Plan and review corporate and business unit strategy development, and implementation
- Refine, maintain and implement Group approach to market sector development and key account management
- Conduct regular business landscape research
- Support marketing and brand management activities
- Facilitate Business Development Forums for sector and targeted account reviews, knowledge sharing and reviewing practices to improve business revenue
- Support strategic partnership development
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Degree in commerce, engineering or marketing disciplines or similar
- Minimum of 10 years experience in developing and implementing impactful business development and marketing strategy
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing multi-product sales and marketing plans
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and implementing sector specific market analyses
- Proven track record in business development, and setting and delivering business growth aspirations
Advantages:

- Working knowledge of the principles of enterprise asset management, including maintenance management and reliability engineering
- Experience in working with a global team preferable
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Define the business development, marketing and CRM approach and strategy, aligned to Group strategy, in order to attain the growth goals of the board and shareholders
- Maintain and improve the methodologies, templates and skills used to develop industry specific growth and account plans
- Maintain and improve the methodologies, templates and skills used to develop industry specific marketing plans
- Maintain and improve the methodologies, system and skills to drive customer relationship management across the Group
- Work closely with the Business Units to help them develop successful Marketing, CRM activities and sales plans to grow their business units
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Complies with POPIA and PAIA and act as an Information Officer
- Oversee the department’s financial performance
- Establish and align company culture and values with the group's culture and values, including HSSE and diversity
