- We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Fossil Group as a **Business Development Executive**.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing points of sale (POS) in a designated territory, ensuring the successful implementation of the field business plan and driving sales across our extensive product and brand
portfolio.
As the "Face" of the **Fossil Group**, you will build and maintain strong relationships with all accounts, represent our company and brands, and actively seek new opportunities to promote and sell our products. Your expertise will be key in executing sales strategies, managing POS activities, and delivering on brand guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- POS Management: Prepare, plan, and execute visits to points of sale across the territorySales Strategy Execution: Deliver the territory sales strategy and business plan, ensuring brand alignment at each POS.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across various sales channels.
- Product Promotion: Sell new products, brands, and seasonal ranges using Fossil sell-in tools.
- Order Management: Oversee order processes and utilize company systems such as B2B, VMI, and EDI.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track competitors’ activities and provide insights to the sales manager.
- Tactical Sales: Identify and capitalize on sell-through opportunities at the POS.
- Training and Development: Provide training and product updates during account visits.
- Territory Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement action plans as necessary.
- Customer Projections: Provide accurate sales projections by door and brand, particularly for independent retailers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Higher education qualification relevant to Sales, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing a territory and developing sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and trends to drive performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
