IT Service Desk Consultant

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Consultant to provide first line support to Truworths stores by troubleshooting and solving technical, software, hardware, network, telephony queries. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
**Qualifications and Experience**: - 1 year experience in similar support environment. - Knowledge of retail operations. - Minimum of Matric qualification (Grade 12 qualification). - An IT qualification / certification or diploma would be an advantage. - Well-developed communication skills. - Computer literacy is essential. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Adaptability. - Planning / organising ability with highly effective time management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet. - Excellent verbal communications and people skills. - Strong team player, committed and energetic. - Must have reliable transport. - Must be able to work shifts (incl. weekends and public holidays).
