Tasting Room & Restaurant Manager required for prestigious winelands estate.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the wine tasting and restaurant areas and staff.
- Handling tasting/ restaurant sales and administration.
- Stock control.
- Managing reservations.
- Client liaison.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience (restaurant floor and wine tasting management).
- Sound knowledge of wine, Preliminary Cape Wine Academy Courses is compulsory, or similar wine courses.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans ( 3rd language advantageous ).
- Computer literate - Excel, POS Systems.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Own transport essential.
