Admin/receptionist Position at Small Audit and

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving clients and operate small switchboard.
- File and maintain electronic and hardcopy documents.
- Assist with invoicing and capturing of transactions.
- Register clients at Department of Labour.
- CIPC submissions.
- Office supplies management.
- Receive and dispatch deliveries/courier services.
- Supervise cleaners.
- Assist accountants to capture transactions.
- Update attendance register.
- General administrative work.
Key Attributes and Requirements:
- Non-smoker
- Matric certificate
- At least 3 years prior experience in similar position.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Speak, Read, and Write)
- Aptitude for figures.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Experience in Sage Accounting and Payroll will be an advantage.
- Own transport.
