**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base for Wellyx's software solutions. This critical role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth in the SaaS market.

**Please note that the role will be fully remote, operating during USA EST hours (4pm - 1am daylight savings dependent). You must have all the tools for this role including a stable internet connection and a laptop.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, outbound targeting, and networking.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to facilitate long-term business partnerships.
- **Market Research**:Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts.
- **Sales Pipeline**: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role ideally within the SaaS/Software industry.
- **Strategic Thinking**:Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: A creative and proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lead generation and qualification within the SaaS/Software industry
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently while adhering to USA work hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
