**Role Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales efforts through lead generation and outreach activities. The SDR will be responsible for finding and engaging potential clients, executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and assisting in cold calling activities. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and execute multiple lead generation tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct lead scraping to identify potential clients in the tech industry.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including sending messages, follow-ups, and managing responses.
- Cold call prospects to initiate discovery calls and set up meetings.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support the transition from prospecting to closing.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Assist in managing and running LinkedIn automation tools like Linked Helper to streamline outreach efforts.
- Support the sales team in organizing and preparing for demo calls, qualification calls, and other key sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and LinkedIn outreach is highly desirable.
