- General insurance queries
- Tech-support
- Claims and payment queries
- Collaboration with other departments in the business (Marketing, Development, AI) to improve customer experience - be the voice of the customer in this regard.
- Coverage issues as well as customer complaint resolution.
- High-level decision-making
- Overseeing claims from inception to settlement.

- Excellent communication skills
