**Description**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field advantageous
- Minimum of 5 Years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting to executive team specifically CEO
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
- Team Player who leads by example
- Proactive in approach
