As the Marketing and PR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing and public relations strategies to enhance our hotels' brand image, attract guests, and drive revenue. Your creative thinking, strategic approach, and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our hotels' goals and target audience. Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify key marketing opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- **Digital Marketing**: Oversee the hotel's digital presence, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing. Monitor online reviews, manage online reputation, and ensure positive guest experiences while enhancing online visibility.
- **Public Relations**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Generate press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials. Coordinate media coverage, press conferences, and familiarization trips to generate positive media exposure for our hotels.
- **Branding and Collateral Development**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, signage, and promotional items. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and printers to create high-quality marketing collateral.
- **Marketing Budget Management**: Develop and effectively manage the marketing budget. Monitor expenses, track return on investment (ROI), and provide regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant local businesses, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients to drive referrals and enhance our hotels' market presence. Collaborate with the sales team to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Team Management**: Lead and inspire a team of marketing and PR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve marketing objectives.
- **Executing and Production of Photo Shoots**: Collaborate with relevant photographers and agencies to execute and produce photo shoots for white-label and branded properties, adhering to specific Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
- **Content Management**: Update and maintain content on all OTA channels, ensuring relevance to specific hotel CI and brand on a monthly basis.
- **Brand Language**: Ensure consistent use of brand language across all marketing communications.
- **Marketing Health Check**: Update marketing health check on a weekly basis for all global brand and/or loyalty campaigns where applicable.
- **Brand Standards**: Ensure that all playbooks and brand standards per brand are updated and followed.
- **Property Newsletters**: Assist with property newsletters and monthly content creation, as applicable.
- **Media and Stakeholder Database**: Maintain a database of key media and stakeholders in the country.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel marketing and public relations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding
