Join our dynamic team as a mid-level PR account manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong senior account executive who is ready to step up into a mid-level position.
As an all-rounder and integral part of our agency, you will report directly to the owner and account director, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business.
Our main focus is corporate PR, managing the reputation of the company as a whole. Through regular media pitching and strategic communication, we build thought leadership, solid brand awareness and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Education level - Three year diploma in PR/public relations and communication degree or related qualification.
Job level and experience - Mid-level PR with a minimum of 3-4 years of PR experience in an agency/PR consultancy environment.
Proven PR account executive and management and media relations experience.
Media relations experience.
Exposure to strategic planning of client campaigns.

**Results statement**:
Our client base will be divided between the two account managers, responsible for the operational PR management and all client administration. As a PR account manager, you will be accountable for producing the following results:
Achieve client objectives and deliverables - You will offer excellent account administrative support and implement PR campaigns to meet client goals.
First-class customer service - You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional PR services to our clients, resulting in client retention and referrals.
Media relations and coverage - You will develop relationships with journalists, securing media coverage for our clients and proactively attracting media attention through established connections.
As a PR account manager, you will have strategic and tactical responsibilities:
Strategic work
Give input into annual and campaign account PR strategies.
Plan and implement PR campaigns to achieve desired results.
Compile strategically sound media lists and pitches.
Foster connections with media professionals for optimal coverage.
Assist in preparing and delivering strategic proposals to clients.
Identify additional opportunities to strengthen campaigns.
Manage and coordinate event logistics.
Evaluate PR campaign results and provide insights.
Tactical work
Manage all account administration tasks.
Coordinate media outreach activities and materials.
Conduct media follow-up calls and meetings.
Provide media monitoring and clipping analysis to clients.
Update media lists and manage the NRPR supplier network.
Handle financial administration per account.
Manage and update internal and client account records.
Assist with training and management of interns (where relevant).

Digital media and social media savviness - Understanding digital media platforms and social media channels for effective corporate PR.
Computer skills - Proficiency in reporting using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
