Customer Care Administrator

If you are a motivated individual with a passion for people and have superb administration skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Matching of Students with suitable Tutors
- Use and management of the CRM system
- Administration of tutor and student sign ups
- Key liaison between clients and matched tutors for queries, concerns, feedback etc
- Check and monitor the frequency of tutoring sessions
- Approve tutor session reports
- Compile client research and feedback reports

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a South African Senior Certificate
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Agent or similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent Computer and Social Media skills to maintain our current automated tracking systems
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet targets

**Job Type**:

- Full-time

**Salary**:

- R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Location**:

- Centurion

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office and related programs (ie. Google Suite, Sheets, Drive, Cloud Storage and retrieval)
- Strong PR, marketing and client care abilities
- Matric / Senior certificate - bare minimum
- 2 - 3 years of administration, client service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Microsoft Office intermediate skills
- CRM experience
- Must stay in Centurion area and have own car

**Language**:

- Afrikaans and English (required)
