CLC is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Centre Administrator to join our Contact Centre Team.
**Job Purpose and Overview**:
To provide CLC as a business and Customer Experience Centre (CEC) with the necessary support in performing administrative duties including tasks relating to matters that impact CLC positively to assist and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) and the CLC business.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Strong Computer Literacy - MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Administrative qualification will be beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative working experience.
Working experience in an insurance or related industry will be beneficial.
