A National Franchised Service and Repair Centre brand is looking for a Regional Area Manager for the Gauteng, Polokwane, and Mpumalanga, to be based at our Midrand office.

Applicants who have previously worked for an aftermarket service center or similar will be given preference, however, should the applicant have previous franchise area management and/or franchise sales experience, and be able to engage with potential franchisee’s, these applicants will be considered.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years managerial experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop manager.
- Must have experience working at an Aftermarket Service Center.
- Previous experience in franchise sales and store setup for a national brand advantageous
- Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be well-presented and able to communicate effectively.
- Honest and reliable.
- Strong leadership skills.

**Duties**:

- Manage relationships with existing and new franchises.
- Able to train franchisees and their staff.
- Ensure manager and franchisees are aligned to the company policies and goals
- Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in the region.
- Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate.
- Oversee and take responsibility for regional quality control and performance management.
- Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements.
- Calling upon Franchisees for site inspections.
- Problem solving and assisting franchisees and their staff to increase sales.
- Calling upon and engaging with potential Franchisee’s for the sale of franchises
- Management of teams and contractors on new franchise sites
- Must be able to travel to out-of-town franchises.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail

Working hours

Mon to Friday 7.00am to 17.30pm

Saturday 8am till 1pm

Salary R18 000.00 per month plus commission, negotiable depending on experience.
