As our Retail Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and exceeding targets across the Gauteng region. Leveraging your extensive experience in Retail Sales Management, you'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers while leading a dedicated sales team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Sales Management.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with Retail Buyers in Gauteng.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional demeanour, well-presented, and driven.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Strategy**:

- Develop and execute growth strategies for each retail account, aligning with brand objectives.
- Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to the retail sales team, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage regional budgets, including sales forecasts and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and meet budgeted margin percentages.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor Key Account Managers and Field Coordinator to achieve sell-out targets and maintain merchandising standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Customer Relationships:

- Cultivate strong relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders, conducting regular strategic meetings to address needs and market trends.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with retailers to assess overall performance and opportunities for growth.

**Operations**:

- Address operational issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management.
- Coordinate activities and align objectives with internal stakeholders.
