Meeting and greeting all walk-in clients
Responsible for offering all walk-in client’s refreshments
Dealing / Corresponding with Regus staff about Maintenance / any office related issues.
Booking and Administering Criminal and ITC checks
Ensuring all administration is completed daily
Dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving effectively
Building and maintaining customer relationships

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric
Computer Literate - MS Office, Excel Skills etc
