Our client, a leading international packaging manufacturing company, seeks to employ a organised, vibrant and professional HR Officer to assist the HR Manager with various HR and IR tasks.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERTION**:
You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
- You will have completed an HR Diploma, coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in assisting in HR, IR and employee wellness programmes, preferably in Packaging manufacturing or related industry.
- You will have assisted and taken ownership of the implementation of wellness programmes, team building events, be able to implement labour laws, as well as maintain a motivating environment and an organised HR department.
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing all HR administration, such as drafting job descriptions, keeping employee files up to date, monitoring performance and leave records
- You will be responsible for facilitating training and implement an improved induction for new starters.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
