Basic Salary + Commission

**Responsibilities**:

- **Using market data statistics and trends to establish sales goals for the business.**
- **Reviewing market inadequacies challenges and issues and adjusting plans accordingly**
- **Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports for management**
- **Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses within the business and the team.**
- **Managing sales budgets according to what is available.**
- **Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies with each challenge that the business faces**
- **Approving and managing large client contracts -business terms contracts**
- **Recruiting hiring and training new employees for the sales division**
- **Networking with potential business partners and clients in order to promote the business and its expansion.**
- **Creating presentations for business partners corporate executives and shareholders at least once a month**
- **Completing performance reviews in all salespeople**
- **Offering strategies for improving employee performance**
- **Promoting successful employees by the use of incentives or other sales drives**
- **Must be able to maintain communication throughout**
- **Must be able to manage and lead a time**

**Qualification**:

- **Matric with a related qualification**
- **3-5 years FMCG/food related sales experience**
- **Experience at management level with knowledge of Sales & Marketing**
- **Excellent report writing skills.**

**Salary**: From R7 999,00 per month
