National Field Sales Leader
Are you an innovative, resourceful self-starter, with excellent client acquisition, sales and leadership skills?


We are looking for a strong leader to join in and support the strategic sales of a fast-growing African technology company.


The
National Field Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and supporting a team of Field Sales Specialists across all Major Southern African metropoles, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales strategies that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.

So what will you do?

  • You will train, prepare, and motivate Field Sales Specialists to deliver on target performance
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Report and provide feedback using financial statistical data
  • Develop and expand merchant database nationally with the support of a national team of Field Sales Specialists
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Monitor competition in the marketplace and share any relevant insights

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven track record delivering on sales targets and successfully dealing with customer relationships.
  • Acknowledge of Sales funnel & pipeline management.
  • Previous exposure working within the merchant services or banking sector is advantageous.
  • Matric
- tertiary qualification is advantageous

  • 4 years Sales experience
  • Skilled in a broad range of sales techniques
  • PC literate

The package includes:

  • Competitive basic salary enhanced for the first 4 months to support a soft landing while developing qualified leads / opportunities
  • On Target Earnings of R R40 000
  • Medical Insurance and Group Risk Cover.

Salary:
R30, R40,000.00 per month
