National Sales Manager

**Overview**:
A highly organised and detail-oriented National Sales Manager to play a central role in optimising our sales processes, driving performance, and providing administrative support to the Sales Director. In this role, the National Sales Manager will oversee branch sales managers, ensuring they receive the necessary support to excel, and actively participate in recruiting sales representatives to strengthen our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Process Optimisation**:
- Develop and implement standardized sales processes and procedures across all branches for enhanced consistency and efficiency.
**CRM Management**:
- Manage and maintain sales data in our CRM system, collaborating with branch sales managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to the Sales Director and branch sales managers.
- Analyse sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and collaborate with the Sales Director and branch sales managers to recommend effective solutions.
**Goal Setting and Forecasting**:
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to set ambitious sales goals and forecasts for both the company as a whole and individual branches.
**Sales Compensation Management**:
- Take ownership of the sales compensation plan, ensuring accurate commission calculations for all sales representatives, including branch sales managers.
**Recruitment of Sales Representatives**:
- Actively participate in the recruitment process for sales representatives, contributing to the growth and effectiveness of our sales force.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
**Team Oversight**:
- Oversee the work of branch sales managers, offering guidance and support to ensure their success.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Monitor the performance of branch sales managers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
**Industry Awareness**:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest sales and marketing trends and technologies, sharing relevant information with the Sales Director and branch sales managers.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
